Most people think prompting is just about typing what you want. But with GPT-4o, great results come from how you structure your request.

Here’s a quick framework that’s helped me get stunning results consistently:

1. Goal - Start with a high-level vision. What’s the image supposed to capture?

2. Style - Define tone, aesthetic, or cinematic feel. This sets the mood.

3. Format - Be specific, what should and shouldn’t be included in the frame?

4. Context - Tell the model why this image matters. It shapes how the model prioritizes elements.

Connect Claude with Your Notion Workspace via MCP

Ever wished your AI assistant could dive into your Notion workspace, fetch specific notes, update databases, or summarize documents, all through a simple chat? With Claude’s Desktop app and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), this is now possible.

MCP acts as a bridge between Claude and external tools like Notion, so you can query documentation, update databases, and more using natural language.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started:

1. Install Claude Desktop: Head to Anthropic’s website and install the Claude Desktop app. This setup only works locally, so skip the web app.

2. Create a Notion Integration: Go to Notion Integrations and create a new internal integration (just don’t include the word “notion” in the name). After creating it, copy the bearer token, it starts with ntn_. That’s your secure access key.

3. Connect Notion Pages: Now give your integration access to specific pages. In Notion, open a page, click the three-dot menu in the top right, go to Connections, and add your integration. This also grants access to all child pages.

4. Configure the MCP Server in Claude: Open Claude Desktop, go to Claude → Settings → Developer, and click Edit Config. In the config file (claude_desktop_config.json), add the following snippet and replace ntn_**** with the bearer token from earlier:
